EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Didn't love it? No Problem!
Full-priced merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders) for an exchange or store credit. Please note, we do NOT offer credit card or cash refunds.
Merchandise must be returned unworn and in the original condition, with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted. Trunk show purchases, sale items, discounted items, specific jewelry, swimwear and intimates are FINAL SALE. All International purchases are final sale.
Can I Exchange or Return My Online Purchase In-Store?
We will happily accept your online exchange or return in our store.
What If I Need A Different Size or Color?
We would love to help you with your exchange!
1. Please email us with the size/color or item for which you would like to exchange.
2. Ship back (or drop off) your return to our store (within 7 days of receipt)
3. We will process your exchange and ship out your new item(s) to you. We will contact you for payment if your exchange is for an item of higher value.
How Can I Ship Back My Exchange or Return?

All exchanges/returns must be mailed back within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your exchange/return and you will receive an email confirmation. In the case of a return, we will email you a copy of your store credit. Your store credit can be used at any time and does not expire. It is valid both in-store and online. Please note, we do NOT offer cash or credit card refunds.
